Terms of Use

By signing in to the AUL Homes app you agree to these terms. AUL Homes is operated by Build A Space LLC for the Aulegre real estate team. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Team accounts are created by team admins for current team members and staff, and a team admin can revoke that access at any time, for example when you leave the team. Home buyers and sellers working with AUL Homes can create their own client account; their agent connects it to their transaction.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for the team's real estate business. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its data.

• Keep your password confidential and your account secure.
• Only enter data you're authorized to handle. Deal files contain client information — treat it with the care required by your brokerage and applicable law.
• Review every AI-drafted email before sending. Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for what you send to clients.
• Don't use the app for anything unlawful or outside the team's business.

Deal files, milestones, goals, and commission records entered into the app are business records of the team. Team admins control accounts and may correct or manage this data.

The app can draft client emails using an AI language model. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided as a starting point only and must be reviewed by the sending agent.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable service but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build A Space LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed deadlines or data-entry errors. The app is a tracking tool — it does not replace your professional obligations, contracts, or brokerage requirements.

We or a team admin may suspend or end your access at any time. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time via Support.
